By using the services of Lafleur, Ted TV Electronics, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms govern the repair services we provide for televisions and electronic equipment.

Service Terms

Estimates and Pricing

• All estimates are valid for 30 days from issue date
• Diagnostic fees apply to all repair evaluations
• Parts and labor costs may vary based on availability and market conditions
• Emergency service includes additional fees as outlined in our emergency service policy

Repair Process

• Customer approval required before beginning any repair work
• Repair times are estimates and may vary based on parts availability
• We use genuine manufacturer parts when available; high-quality alternatives may be substituted
• Customer responsible for data backup on smart TVs before service

Warranty Terms

We provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor with the following conditions:

• Warranty covers the specific repair performed and related components
• Warranty void if TV is serviced by other parties during warranty period
• Customer damage, misuse, or normal wear excluded from warranty coverage
• Warranty applies to repair location; shipping costs for return service customer responsibility

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about TV symptoms and history
• Pick up completed repairs within 30 days; storage fees may apply
• Payment due upon completion of services
• Remove personal data and settings before leaving TV for service

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not responsible for data loss, software configurations, or indirect damages. Maximum liability does not exceed the amount paid for services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the effective date clearly indicated.
